Return & Refund Policy – Urja Crystal

At Urja Crystals, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. As we deal in natural healing crystals and energy-based products, we follow a clear and transparent return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following condition:

✅ Return accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged or broken at the time of delivery

❌ Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Natural variations in color, shape, texture, lines, or cracks (common in natural crystals)

  • Minor size differences due to hand measurement

  • Products damaged after delivery or used/worn

  • Any claim without proper video proof

2. Return Request Period

  • Return request must be raised within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery

  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted

3. Mandatory Video Proof

  • Unboxing video proof is compulsory

  • Video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish

  • No video = No return / No refund

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • If the return is approved, a replacement will be processed

  • Refund will be provided only if replacement is not possible

  • Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Customised crystal bracelets

  • Personal use / wearable items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

6. Important Notes

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

  • If the product fails quality verification, the return/refund may be denied

  • Urja Crystal’s decision will be final in all return and refund matters
